术后单药S-1口服1年时间为胃癌D2术后辅助化疗方案。该ACTS-GC研究为日本研究者开展的一项大型Ⅲ期随机对照研究，旨在比较胃癌D2术后辅助S-1化疗的疗效。适用人群为Ⅱ～Ⅲ期接受D2切除术后的胃癌患者。Ⅱ期及ⅢA期患者从辅助化疗中获益更为明显。
