4.2　Inspection and Acceptance of Equipment and Materials

4.2.1　The model，specifications and quantity of equipment should meet the requirements of design，and there should be the quality certificate document of equipment.

Number of Examination:All the items are examined.

Method of Inspection:Examine the quality certificate document of equipment，and carry out the examination by observation.

4.2.2　When the material mobilization，it is necessary to inspect the material，and the model，specifications and quantity of material should meet the requirements of design and the record should be kept.

Number of Examination:All the items of quality certificate document are examined，make spot checks of 1% of product，which should not be less than 5pieces.If the design document has the requirements for reexamination，it is necessary to reexamine it according to the specifications.

Method of Inspection:Examine the quality certificate document，reexamination report and acceptance record，and carry out the exterior inspection or actual measurement.
