1.双手在胸前交握,手腕像画圆一样转动,先是从左向右转动手腕,转动5次后,开始从右向左转动。

此练习能够充分舒缓手腕的压力,让手腕得到放松,但也会感觉些微的疼痛,刚开始做不要勉强,做到自己能做到的程度就好,直到手腕充分伸展开。
